SMASH (Single Malt & Single Hop)

Our latest beer is called SMASH (Single Malt Ale Single Hop). Our SMASH (6.6% ABV, 37 IBU) is technically a Red IPA exclusively brewed with the Red X Malt. Check out the awesome color of this beer. The single hop in this brew is Comet that has a “Wild American” aroma consisting of grapefruit and grassy flavors.
Gourdgeous Pumpkin Ale (6.5 % ABV, 13 IBU)

We are excited to release our Pumpkin Ale for Fall of 2018. Our customers have been calling and asking when will this be out. It finally here! This beer was brewed with 80 lbs of local organic pumpkins from Lifeline Produce in the Bitterroot Valley. Its spiced with ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and allspice. This beer is all about the pumpkin and spice.
Backyard Hop IPA (6.6% ABV, 40 IBU)

Our Backyard Hop IPA was brewed with fresh hops that were locally grown and donated by customers and friends. You never know what you are going to get when using a variety of local hops. The grain bill consisted of Montana Two-row, Vienna and Crystal malts. During the brewing process 5 lbs. of local hops were used in a hop back, and 3 lbs. were used later for an additional dry hopping. This IPA has strong citrus and wild hop aroma.Brewed with Montana Two-Row, Crystal, Chocolate and Smoked Cherry malts. The malt flavors are prominent and distinct. Lightly hopped with Magnum, Mt. Hood and Cascade hops. This is a nicely balanced easy drinking Amber Ale.
Belgian ales are known for having a distinct fruitiness and spicy flavor. These flavors come from the special Belgian yeast strain used in this style of ale. Our Belgian Golden has similar flavors with strong fruitiness and spicy notes created from the yeast strain. This beer has a wonderful golden color and mouthfeel imparted from Gambrinus Pilsner and light Crystal Malts. Its hopped with Cascade and Chinook, and finished with a touch Chamomile.
