Idaho Seven is an experimental hop grown by Alpha Hop Sales in Parma, Idaho. The Idaho Seven hop has an aroma of tropical fruit and peach flavors. It has a strong bitterness up front that mellows over time. The beer style is considered an aggressive pale ale brewed with Two-row and Crystal malts, and hopped with only Idaho Seven.
