Flathead Cherry Belgian Strong (8.0% ABV, 20 IBU)
Belgian Strong brewed with 20 Lbs. of pitted / crushed Flathead cherries and local honey. Pitched with Abbey Belgian yeast, the same yeast we use for our Belgian Golden Ale. This yeast flavor seems to dominate this beer but finishes with subtle cherry flavor. The spicy yeast flavors should diminish over time lending itself to more cherry flavor.
