Hotshot Hefeweizen

Hotshot Hefeweizen (4.5% ABV, 15 IBU)

A traditional German wheat beer brewed with 50/50 blend of malted wheat and pilsner malts. Fermented with German wheat yeast which gives you light banana and clove notes. Once fermentation was finished we aged the beer on 3.5 pounds of fresh jalapenos to give a good kick.
