Our Backyard Hop IPA was brewed with fresh hops that were locally grown and donated by customers and friends. You never know what you are going to get when using a variety of local hops. The grain bill consisted of Montana Two-row, Vienna and Crystal malts. During the brewing process 5 lbs. of local hops were used in a hop back, and 3 lbs. were used later for an additional dry hopping. This IPA has strong citrus and wild hop aroma.
